Your new role
You and the rest of the client services team will be the first point of contact in the business for all customers, dealing with every aspect of their travel experience.
You will be responsible for handling flight bookings via email and telephone, creating itineraries, proactively contacting clients and ensuring exceptional experiences.
About you
You will be able to offer outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You will speak and write fluent English, German would be an advantage, but not essential. If you have experience of the aviation industry it would be great, but you can learn this.
You will be happy working a shift pattern, 4 on 4 off, days and nights.
