Job Title: Head of Charter

Location: Miami

Join our client’s esteemed global network of aviation specialists. We are seeking an experienced and organised professional to lead our Miami-based sales team and manage US charter operations.

Role Overview: As the Head of Charter, you will drive business growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure efficient operations across the US. With vast experience in private jet brokerage, a strong sales management background, and a passion for aviation, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding company.

Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in private jet brokerage (excluding operators).
  • Sales Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems to manage sales activities.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organised with a meticulous approach.
  • Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Self-Driven: Willingness to work outside standard hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Team: Manage and motivate the Miami-based sales team, setting and tracking performance goals.
  • Oversee Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient US charter operations.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring our company is the preferred choice.
  • Optimise CRM Use: Ensure the sales team effectively utilises the CRM system to manage leads and close deals.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the strategic planning of US operations in collaboration with senior management.
