An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven Account Executive to join the Cargo Charter brokerage team. This role will focus on learning and growing within the cargo charter industry, contributing to client management, sales, and market research. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior team members while developing their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their cargo needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and proactively support account management activities.
Sales and Target Achievement:
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and assist in reaching targets through client engagement and lead generation.
  • Support sales efforts by making outbound calls and generating new business opportunities, with guidance from senior team members.
Market Research and Intelligence:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Gather and provide insights on market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Supplier Coordination:
  • Assist in managing relationships with cargo operators and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service for clients.
  • Support the negotiation process and learn best practices for working with suppliers.
Learning and Development:
  • Gain hands-on experience in cargo charter brokerage operations, including client management, sales strategies, and logistics solutions.
  • Continuously build knowledge in the logistics and cargo industry to effectively contribute to the team.
Qualifications and Key Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing skills within the logistics and cargo industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Education and Experience
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1-2 years of experience in logistics or cargo-related sectors.
  • Eagerness to engage in sales activities and client management.
