As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will encompass driving new business development, managing projects, and exhibiting leadership qualities that will help the team flourish. Your daily tasks will include maintaining an up-to-date CRM system, understanding and addressing the specific needs of the clients, acquiring new airline clients, and negotiating agreements to close sales opportunities. Moreover, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, representing the company at international events, and supporting their marketing efforts.

We're looking for experienced ACMI sales professionals who have a strong background in commercial airlines or aircraft leasing and an existing portfolio of clients. Self-motivation, pragmatism, and a results-driven approach are essential qualities. Frequent travel to meet with clients is a must, so your ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, is crucial.
