Dubai Team Leader

Location: Full-time, office-based in Dubai

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Charter Team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Revenue Contribution: Actively drive business revenue by generating leads, managing key client relationships, and identifying and acquiring new clients and markets.
  • Client Enquiries Management: Ensure a swift turnaround and effective management of all client enquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Team Coaching and Development: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and evaluations to improve the performance and efficiency of the Charter Team.
  • Enquiry Action and File Management: Ensure that the Charter Team promptly acts on every enquiry and that all relevant files are accurately and thoroughly completed.
  • Proactive Account Management: Implement and manage proactive account management strategies to foster strong client relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: vast experience in Aircraft Charter Broking with a proven track record of successful deal-making in a competitive sales environment.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to develop new business through individual sales initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions, client needs, and team performance.
  • Team Management: Effective team management skills to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Charter Team.
  • Sales Acumen: Solid sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy in all processes.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
