You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and building positive relationships with clients and vendors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to review daily flight activities and ensure accuracy in all details.
- Organize and maintain documents related to accounts and contracts.
- Assist in resolving client queries regarding invoices and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Support the review and approval of unusual invoices before they are shared with clients.
- Ensure financial accuracy in cost, sales values, and flight classifications within financial systems.
- Crosscheck invoices against contracts and validate crew expenses against policy guidelines.
- Maintain a streamlined internal process for managing and searching approved invoices.
- Foster strong working relationships with vendors, crew, and internal departments.
- Summarize commercial terms of provider contracts and centralize data for future reference.
- Analyze discrepancies between budgeted and actual billing amounts, providing valuable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) at an intermediate level.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with the aviation operational industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in invoices and financial data.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience analyzing variances.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A-Level standard of education or equivalent.
- Financial-related certifications are considered an asset.
