Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    Drive new business by generating leads, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and cultivating strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Client Engagement:
    Deliver exceptional, tailored experiences to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
  • Team Leadership:
    Take on a leadership role, mentoring and developing junior team members, ensuring they thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Procurement & Flight Coordination:
    Source the best aircraft options for clients, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth flight operations by coordinating all aspects of the charter process.
  • Market Insight & Strategy:
    Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, leveraging this insight to drive business growth and gain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in charter brokerage, with a strong track record in sales and client relationship management.
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial aviation market, with the ability to adapt to evolving conditions.
  • A competitive, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership potential, with experience supporting or managing teams.
  • Flexibility to address time-sensitive issues, including providing out-of-hours support when required.
