Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory compliance with CAA rules and regulations.
- Manage an effective independent compliance auditing programme.
- Provide advice on compliance with regulations and communicate changes throughout the organisation.
- Attend CAA audits and ensure timely responses to findings.
- Maintain accurate records of audit results.
- Support internal investigations and ensure third-party contractor compliance.
- Promote a Just Culture and strive for continuous improvement.
- Part-66 B1 or B2 licence on helicopters (or military equivalent), or a commercial pilot licence on helicopters.
- Previous experience as a Compliance Manager or senior Compliance Auditor in commercial aviation or aircraft maintenance.
- Previously held a CAA Form 4 as a Nominated Post Holder.
- Working knowledge of CAA Air Operations, the UK ANO, Part-M/Part-CAMO, and Part-145, and the role of the UK Civil Aviation Authority.
