Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Our client, a leader in the global aviation sector, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to prepare tender documents, General Sales Agent (GSA) agreements, and other business-related contracts.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to identify trends and commercial opportunities.
- Create insightful reports, charts, and presentations to effectively communicate findings to management.
- Support business managers by managing the end-to-end opportunity pipeline.
- Prepare professional and engaging presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Develop business plans in partnership with management to capitalize on identified opportunities.
- Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure clear communication.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is preferable.
- Previous experience in a business support role; exposure to freight forwarding or cargo airline operations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with senior management and external clients.
- High level of analytical skills, with expertise in data mining, visualization, and presentation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn additional analytical tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under time pressure.
- Demonstrated business acumen, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
