Goose is looking for a seasoned Deputy Engineering Manager to oversee our client's Engineering Department and ensure the highest standards of aircraft maintenance and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
- Optimise manpower and resources to meet project deadlines and CAMO expectations.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance requirements and regulations.
- Maintain aircraft, components, and ground support equipment to the highest standards.
- Liaise with CAMO and QASM on defect reporting and investigations.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Provide technical services support and manage technical training.
- Assess personnel for company authorisations and review work packs for compliance.
- Current Part 66 engineering licence (B1.1/B1.3 or B2) on at least one type of aircraft ; ATR42-320/500, DHC6-300, Bell 412/212/407, AS332L2, H145 D2/D3.
- Experience in civil aircraft maintenance.
- Experience in managing aircraft maintenance activities.
