GOOSE are working in partnership with a Business Aviation MRO company who are looking for a Deputy Technical Director to work with the Technical Director to oversee technical and engineering operations at the Head Office in Eastern Europe as well as other sites globally. This role requires a deep understanding of aviation regulations, engineering practices, and operational management to maintain the fleet's airworthiness and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role is primarily office-based with regular visits to hangars and other operational facilities.

- You will have proven experience in a leadership or management role within an aviation MRO organization
- You will hold a relevant technical qualification
- You must speak and write fluent English and Russian would be a distinct advantage
- You will have good knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations such as FAA and EASA
- You will be an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills
- Develop and implement technical policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities comply with aviation regulations
- Serve as the primary liaison with aviation regulatory bodies, representing the company during audits, inspections, and certifications
