We are seeking an experienced FDM & Safety Analyst to join our clients Group Safety & Compliance Team. Reporting to the Director of Safety & Compliance, you will be responsible for managing flight and safety data in compliance with aviation regulations. Key tasks include:
- Collecting, analysing, and monitoring flight and safety data
- Identifying trends, potential issues, and recommending corrective actions
- Managing FDM software and supporting safety investigations
- Producing detailed management reports
- Ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations
- Proven experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS), Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), and AOC Operations
- Strong knowledge of CASA (Australia/PNG) or equivalent regulatory standards
- Relevant qualifications such as Part 66 Aircraft Engineer License, Flight Crew License, or a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
- Expertise in FDM software, MS Office, and AI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels
- Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- High integrity, work ethic, and discretion
