We are working with a leading business jet management company based in Malta. They are seeking a Finance Officer to join their finance team and support daily financial operations.

- Involvement in verifying the accuracy of invoices, maintaining regular communication with suppliers, and posting invoices, credit notes, and sales invoices.

- 2+ years in a finance role, ideally with multi-currency transactions (Aviation ideally).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics).
- "A" Level in Accounts or initial ACCA accreditation.
- Must be an EU citizen already residing in Malta.
- Fluent verbal and written English.

- The role involves flexible working hours as long as core hours between 10:00 - 15:00 are covered. Typical workdays are approximately 8 hours.
