About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a sharp-eyed and seasoned Quality Assurance Inspector to join our client’s team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that the highest standards of quality and safety are met across the board.
Your Responsibilities:
- Follow company-specific procedures and guidelines to ensure operational excellence.
- Foster seamless communication between the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams.
- Coordinate and support external audits by authorities, while preparing comprehensive audit checklists.
- Review and update organizational expositions, capability lists, procedures, and forms.
- Provide regular updates on the overall quality status.
- Deliver internal training sessions on technical subjects and company procedures.
- Assist in the licensing, extension, and renewal processes for Maintenance, Production, Design, and CAMO teams.
- Serve as a Quality Inspector across Production, Maintenance, Design, and CAMO organizations.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support the QA Manager and Director in administrative and organizational tasks, including the issuance, renewal, or modification of approval certificates.
- Several years of hands-on experience in the aviation sector.
- An active or former Aircraft Maintenance License is a plus.
- Strong background in quality assurance and/or quality inspection.
- Proven auditing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA Part 145, Part M-CAMO, and Part 21 Subpart G-J regulations and materials.
- The ability to draft handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports with precision.
