Aimee Simpson, Team Leader of Aviation Recruitment had such a triumphant time moderating the 'Workforce – Recruiting and Training for Talent Retention’ panel last year that she has been asked to come back this year and moderate again.
Aimee will be moderating the ‘Workforce and Training’ panel from 10:30 am to 11:00 am on Thursday 24th of October:
“How can we encourage new technicians and young people to continue working within the MRO industry? Are the current training methods still useful? How can training schools change these methods to keep them current and facilitate a new workforce?”
