Role Summary:
Goose Recruitment is supporting a leading aviation company in the search for an Account Executive to join their team in Europe. This role involves acting as a trusted partner for high-value clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, increasing flight utilisation, and promoting additional services and aircraft purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Retention and Sales: Ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction of clients by proactively addressing their needs, increasing flight hours, and facilitating renewals, upgrades, or additional aircraft purchases. Stay informed on industry trends, client history, and fleet plans to deliver tailored solutions, renewals, and referrals.
- Sales and Client Relationship Management: Manage timelines for renewals and expirations, utilizing Salesforce.com to track client interactions, opportunities, and renewals. Provide regular reports and updates to senior stakeholders in coordination with the Account Executive Manager.
- Program and Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the aviation program, including billing, international travel, and booking processes. Stay updated on product offerings, technical aspects of aircraft, and company policies to provide top-tier support to clients.
- Client Interaction and Feedback: Communicate regularly with clients through various channels to understand their feedback, industry needs, and any organizational changes. Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback, foster loyalty, and leverage sales strategies to demonstrate the program’s value.
- Proactive Monitoring and Problem-Solving: Anticipate and minimise potential service disruptions by closely monitoring client activity and emphasizing the program’s value through enhanced services and upgrades. Conduct research and analysis to understand clients’ needs and communicate program solutions and updates effectively. Keep clients informed of relevant regional events and opportunities to engage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage
- Languages: Fluency in Business English, with additional European language skills preferred
