As an Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional service to clients while retaining business, driving sales of new aircraft, and increasing flight hours. You’ll leverage a deep understanding of client needs to craft personalised solutions that showcase the value of aviation programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and expand existing business by promoting upgrades, renewals, and tailored solutions based on client flight history, economic trends, and future needs.
- Proactively manage timelines for renewals, card expirations, and retention efforts using Salesforce to track progress, communications, and key milestones.
- Maintain a solid understanding of aviation programs, technical aspects of aircraft, and internal processes to provide detailed program explanations and resolve client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, addressing needs with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor client flight activity, resolve service issues promptly, and effectively communicate updates, program changes, and exclusive events to maintain loyalty.
- Utilise data, research, and sales strategies to identify referral opportunities, address evolving client needs, and highlight the program’s value to decision-makers at all levels.
- A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience, ideally in sales or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in German and Business English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage CRM systems like Salesforce effectively.
- A client-focused, adaptable, and results-driven mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
