The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Engineer to drive growth and manage client relationships in the helicopter services sector. Working in a collaborative, small-team environment with a family feel, this role combines office-based work with the flexibility to work from home one day per week (if work permits).

Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance inputs from a Commercial pint of view – regularly meeting with clients, supporting with questions, quotes, invoices and updates on the progress.
- Build new client relationships and maintain existing ones through face-to-face meetings, video calls, and phone interactions.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and strengthen partnerships.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience in sales or project-based roles, ideally in the aviation sector.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness regulations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Organized, goal-focused, and willing to take initiative.
