An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and sales-driven Account Manager to lead key accounts within the Passenger charter sector. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and overseeing a team of tele-sales executives to ensure growth and excellence in service delivery.

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed with customized solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieving Sales Targets - Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets, regularly monitoring performance and providing actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and motivate a team of tele-sales executives, setting clear goals, providing tailored training, and cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Tele-Sales and Lead Generation - Drive tele-sales activities to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and grow existing accounts, contributing to overall business success.
  • Strategic Development - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement plans that identify growth opportunities in the Passenger charter market, ensuring sustainable success.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to identify market opportunities and strengthen business positioning.
  • Supplier and Operator Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and operators, negotiating favorable terms to secure competitive rates and deliver outstanding service to clients.


Qualifications and Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the aviation or travel industry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
