Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international market strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion, including new routes, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, setting goals to achieve or exceed commercial targets.
- Manage all charter enquiries, including after-hours support.
- Handle quotations, contract negotiations, and set up ad-hoc charters and wet leases.
- Oversee sales and programmes for tour operators.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate pricing and availability details.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline industry, with a strong background in commercial roles, ideally focused on sales and charter services.
- Strong knowledge of the aviation market, including industry regulations, business culture, and market trends.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Expertise in international project implementation and relationship management with foreign organisations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
