This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to take the lead in building and growing this division from the ground up.

The Role: As the Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the company’s Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions Division. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently to develop a substantial client base.

You will collaborate closely with leaders in the charter brokerage division and leverage the company’s advanced IT systems and infrastructure to minimize administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on sales, strategy, and client development.

Once the division is firmly established and workload demands, you will take on the responsibility of recruiting and managing a team to support the growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Division Setup and Growth:
    • Establish and lead the Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions Division, building a strong foundation for long-term success.
    • Develop and execute a business strategy, including market research and planning.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on aircraft sales and acquisitions.
  • Client Development and Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions for their needs.
    • Actively grow a substantial book of clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work alongside leaders in the charter brokerage division to identify synergies and capitalize on shared opportunities.
    • Recruit, manage, and lead a team as the division expands, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in aircraft sales and acquisitions or a related field in the aviation industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of a project.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with a strategic and results-driven approach.
  • Experience managing teams or the ambition and ability to do so in the future.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and tools that streamline administrative processes is advantageous.
