You will be responsible for:
- Develop comprehensive audit plans based on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct thorough and objective audits of aviation processes, systems, and documentation.
- Evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance within aviation operations.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to assess and mitigate identified risks.
- Scrutinize and analyse aviation documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to documentation processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance audit processes continually.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Communicate audit results to management, relevant departments, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Stay abreast of changes in aviation regulations and disseminate relevant information within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of UK aviation regulations and international standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
