Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the Agusta AW109, adhering to all regulatory and company safety standards.
- Conduct detailed flight planning, including weather checks, route optimization, and operational risk assessments.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion when interacting with HNWI clients.
- Manage pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring aircraft readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate with operational teams and ground support staff for seamless client experiences.
- Adapt to varying schedules, including short-notice and ad hoc flights.
- UK CAA CPL(H) or ATPL(H) license with IR (Instrument Rating).
- Type rating on the Agusta AW109 is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 1,500 flight hours (preferably with significant VIP or corporate experience).
- Excellent knowledge of UK airspace and international aviation regulations.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and provide first-class service.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to operate under pressure.
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays and international travel.
