Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to expand group sales through strategic alliances with other airlines
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner carriers.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and carrier capabilities to identify new alliance opportunities.
- Negotiate and implement interline and alliance agreements aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor ongoing shipments, address operational challenges, and ensure service quality across alliance partners.
- Conduct annual reviews of alliance performance, rates, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align alliance strategies and share market insights.
- Track and analyse sales and performance data to optimise partnerships and regional performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in aviation, cargo, handling, or shipping industries.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in market analysis and business case development.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a strategic and systemic mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
