Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding unique cargo requirements and providing tailored solutions to exceed expectations. - Achieving Sales Targets:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, monitor performance, and deliver insightful reports to inform business decisions. - Team Leadership:
Inspire and manage a team of cargo brokers by setting performance goals, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture. - Strategic Development:
Plan and execute strategies to identify growth opportunities in the cargo charter market, driving business objectives and sustainable growth. - Market and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen market positioning. - Supplier and Operator Relations:
Cultivate relationships with cargo operators and suppliers to negotiate favorable contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and excellent service levels for clients.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in cargo charter brokerage.
