Compliance & Safety Assistant
Location- Kirchanschöring(Germany)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review reports, assign them to the appropriate departments, and support risk assessments.
- Monitor ongoing incidents to ensure timely resolutions.
- Work with the Compliance team to implement corrective actions and resolve audit findings.
- Assist in managing organizational changes and ensuring compliance with EASA and ISO regulations.
- Draft and develop essential company documents, such as manuals and work instructions.
- Experience in aviation safety, compliance monitoring, or quality management (EASA and ISO environment preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field is a plus.
- Strong integrity, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) and computer software.
