Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and organise a skilled maintenance team alongside the aircraft supervisor.
- Serve as certifying staff for releasing aircraft into service and conducting dual inspections.
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and maintenance operations.
- Manage both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Communicate the status and condition of aircraft systems with pertinent departments during maintenance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory standards and are thoroughly documented.
- 3-5 years of practical experience in base maintenance.
- Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C with at least one of the following type ratings: Gulfstream IV / 450 / V / 550 / 650, with experience as Certifying Staff.
- Experience in a leadership position is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different environments.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience is desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
- Awareness of the highest standards in terms of quality, reliability, and safety.
- Fluent in English.
