The Role As the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, you will lead the Part 145 maintenance organisation, ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with EASA and other relevant aviation regulations. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee facilities, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team of maintenance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all Part 145 maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with EASA and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) in line with the latest regulations.
- Ensure facilities and equipment meet operational requirements.
- Uphold and promote high safety standards in line with company policies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining safety and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- A degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field, OR an aircraft technician/maintenance engineer qualification recognised by the relevant authority.
- At least five years of experience in aviation maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and aviation maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the UAE or Middle East aviation sector is preferred.
