Competencies:
- Previous experience in an OCC or flight operations role is considered an asset
- Experience in worldwide operations and flight planning
- A valid ICAO flight dispatcher license is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of crew flight time limitations and EASA regulations
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Familiarity with the specific demands of business aviation operations
- A willingness to learn and grow within the organization
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
- Must hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Europe
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Conduct mission feasibility checks in collaboration with the dispatch team
- Provide continuous updates to crew members regarding their missions
- Crew planning and management of flight time limitations (FTL)
- Flight monitoring and operational oversight
- Manage hotel and flight arrangements for crew (HOTAC)
- Submit APIS (Advanced Passenger Information System) data
- Oversee and control costs for required services related to operations
- Post-flight data management
