What You’ll Do:
  • Champion Our Airlines: Promote the airlines we represent to secure ongoing and future business.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Keep in regular contact with customers and cargo agents, discussing rates, services, and business opportunities.
  • Drive Projects: Support the Sales Director in developing and launching new projects.
  • Manage Rates: Issue tariffs on behalf of carriers, update rate platforms, and handle tenders, contract rates, and promotions.
  • Optimize CRM: Oversee the CRM programme, updating it with valuable sales reports and data from client visits.
  • Analyze & Report: Generate key operational statistics and performance indicators and assess industry statistics to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with operations, agents, and overseas offices to ensure smooth operations.
