Goose Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Travel Coordinator to be based in Farnborough.

As a key member of the private aviation team, the Travel Coordinator will oversee all aspects of travel arrangements for UHNW principals. This includes managing business and personal travel itineraries to ensure seamless execution, comfort, and discretion while supporting the Executive PA team with travel-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Travel Management
  • Organise comprehensive travel arrangements, including private flights, luxury ground transportation, hotels, restaurant reservations, and special requests.
  • Develop complex international itineraries, ensuring optimal logistics across time zones and layovers.
  • Collaborate with external providers to secure premium services and competitive rates.
  • Manage travel arrangements for accompanying guests to the same high standard.
Logistics & Scheduling
  • Coordinate private aviation schedules, including crew and flight plans.
  • Oversee ground services to ensure seamless transitions between transport modes.
  • Adapt itineraries in real-time to accommodate last-minute changes.
Client Liaison & Communication
  • Act as the primary contact for all travel-related needs, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to uphold luxury service standards.
  • Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Administrative Support
  • Prepare detailed travel documents, including schedules, confirmations, and budgets.
  • Handle last-minute adjustments to bookings and schedules efficiently.
  • Monitor loyalty programs and rewards to maximise benefits.
Support for Executive PA Team
  • Assist with travel and administrative tasks, including managing itineraries and vendor coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team, ensuring schedules are effectively managed.
Required Profile: 
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within private aviation or high-net-worth environments.
  • Knowledge of luxury travel and high-end service standards preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management systems.
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Accuracy: Timely and precise travel arrangements.
  • Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Quality of Service: Delivering exceptional luxury standards.
  • Time Management: Adherence to deadlines with minimal disruptions.

This is a Monday-Friday position that includes working weekends as required.

You must be able to commute to Farnborough and hold a UK driving license.
