Job Description

We are seeking a qualified AOC Auditor to join our clients team, focusing on regulatory compliance and quality assurance across their Part AOC, ATO, and FSTD organizations. This role will involve both scheduled and unscheduled audits at various locations to ensure adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting quality management within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits for our clients Part AOC, ATO, and FSTD organizations at all applicable locations.
  • Carry out Contractor and Sub-Contractor audits to ensure regulatory compliance across partnerships.
  • Complete detailed audit reports, following up findings with relevant managers.
  • Ensure thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions are documented within the compliance monitoring system.
  • Assist the Operations Head of Compliance in developing and reviewing the annual audit plan.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the compliance monitoring system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Head of Compliance to ensure an efficient quality management process.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
  • Strong working knowledge of AOC regulations.
  • Proven experience conducting audits within AOC organizations.
  • Internal or Lead Auditor qualification (IQA-IRCA or equivalent).
  • Willingness and ability to travel to fulfill audit program requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, task-oriented, and professional in all company interactions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable Experience and Knowledge:
  • Proficiency with Q-Pulse compliance software.
