Role Overview:
- Acquire new business and explore opportunities to expand and enhance the customer and service portfolio.
- Handle tender responses, contract renewals, Standard Ground Handling Agreements, and Service Level Agreements, including financial management.
- Cultivate, maintain, and leverage your network to meet potential customers and build key relationships.
- Conduct research to build relationships with potential new customers.
- Prepare carrier proposals, analyzing financial cost models.
- Manage third-party subcontractors, negotiating service level agreements and ensuring performance.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and promotional literature.
- Innovate new products and services.
- Resolve accounting queries with carriers and accounts.
- Compile rate and activity information for financial budgets and forecasts.
- Attend industry functions, providing feedback on market trends.
- Drive profit and contract retention while securing new business.
- Achieve Business Performance KPIs and implement Sales & Marketing Action Plans.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and progress in strategic plans.
- Senior management experience.
- Familiarity with commercial processes, including Standard Ground Handling Agreements.
- Knowledge of finance/accounts, competitor activities, and market trends.
