GOOSE are excited to be looking for a Chief Operating Officer for one of our long standing partners. This is a rare chance to take on a challenging and rewarding role with a global organisation at their Head of Office in Malta.
If you are currently in a Senior Leadership position within the Air Cargo, Air Freight or Supply Chain sectors this could be an exciting career move to ensure the success and growth of large group of companies.
The key objectives for this position will be to work with the group CEO to oversee operations across Europe and provide strategic direction, leadership and management for the group.
You will currently be in a senior leadership or C-Suite role and looking for the next step in your career. You should be a strong leader, have strategic focus and be operationally driven.
You will have an agile approach to work with knowledge of change management and operational excellence. You be confident with reports and cost savings as well as being able to drive continuous improvements.
You will need to be based in Malta or be open to relocate, you will speak fluent English and other languages particularly French, German or Hebrew would be an advantage.
We can offer you a competitive base salary, company car, relocation assistance, schooling allowance for your family if required and a generous bonus scheme as well as other benefits including the benefit of Maltese tax rates.
