Goose Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced Crew Scheduling Manager based out of our clients Malta Operations Control Centre (OCC).
You will be leading the team of Crew Schedulers and collaborating with several stakeholders across an array of business functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and effective operational outcomes.

Close collaboration with crew will further allow you and the team to help optimize performance and most importantly safeguard crew welfare. 

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage team rosters for optimal shift coverage.
  • Monitor crew fatigue and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on operational projects.
  • Foster team development and address performance issues.
  • Oversee sickness and absence trends.
  • Support daily operational needs and data reporting.
  • Travel as needed for role-related duties.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education; aviation or managerial experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and motivation.
  • Excellent knowledge of EASA and EU FTL and crew rest regulations.
