Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in aviation trading? We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and growing team in USA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the aviation aftermarket industry, specializing in aircraft component sales, repair, overhaul, and trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal and team sales targets within deadlines.
- Generate leads, including cold calling, and present, promote, and sell aircraft components and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms to maximize profitability.
- Develop and strengthen the network of partners, customers, and suppliers across the U.S and new markets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for assets and spare parts.
- Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and transactions using CRM and industry software.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring strong account management.
- Attend sales meetings, industry events, and training sessions to stay ahead in the market.
- Proven experience in B2B aviation trading, specifically in spare parts sales and brokering. Ideally with Airlines
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced industry.
- Knowledge of Quantum software (preferred).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
