The Role - As General Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments.
- Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies to enhance revenue.
- Manage key relationships with airlines, travel agencies, and other industry partners.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure financial targets, budgets, and compliance standards are met.
- Work closely with the CEO to shape the business’s strategic direction.
✔️ Proven leadership experience within the travel and airline industry.
✔️ A strong understanding of ticketing systems and processes.
✔️ The ability to manage teams, build relationships, and drive performance.
✔️ Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
✔️ Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering results.
