Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a leading aviation company based in the United Arab Emirates. Details include the following, but not limited to: 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment, ensuring the hiring of top aviation professionals.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Develop and implement personal development plans for senior leaders and their teams to drive growth and performance.
  • Support workforce planning, including succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
Key Requirements:
  • Aviation industry experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
