Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Develop and implement personal development plans for senior leaders and their teams to drive growth and performance.
- Support workforce planning, including succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

- Aviation industry experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
